FRESH INGREDIENTS.

All of our ingredients are fresh every day and we use local welsh produce as much as we can, which means we go from ‘farm to table’ in a short amount of time with as few food miles on the clock as possible. We prepare pretty much everything from scratch in our kitchen, and where we can’t do this, then we choose from only the best companies to buy from. Most of which are also located in Wales.

REAL CHIPS.
When we talk about real chips, we mean REAL chips. Our chips are made with the best seasonal potatoes which are peeled, chipped, fried and served. That’s it. There are no treatments, chemicals, preservatives or additives involved. We won’t go on about them too much here, we will just say that we think they are the best.

LOCAL SUPPLIERS AND SERVICES.

Buying local helps to keep the money within our community which, in turn, is helping to support and sustain local business and trade. This has a knock-on effect on the local economy, local employment rates and working relationships within our community. We aim to stay local with our food and beverage supply, but also to companies that help us maintain our business such as waste collection, repairs and maintenance, safety and security.
